Exhibit Space Fees Include:
- All direct to dock shipment drayage fees*
—a HUGE cost savings! - 8’ high back drape and 3’ side drape
- Company ID sign
- (3) complimentary exhibitor registrations per 100 net square feet (ex: 10x20 = 6; 20x20 = 12)
- FREE admission to all networking functions
- FREE publicity & marketing opportunities
*Drayage fees are covered when you ship your exhibit material direct to show site.
Note: Booths do NOT come carpeted or furnished.
Early Bird Fee: $34/net square feet. (Ends November 30, 2023)
Standard Fee: $36/net square feet. (Starting December 1, 2023)
Open Corner Fee: $200 per open corner.

Use of the Show Logo & Marketing Collateral
The Quality Show South logo and various sized web ads are available for use to help promote your participation.
Company Listing in the On-Site Show Guide
Your 100-word company description along with your company name, address, phone number, website and booth # will be included in the on-site Show Program, attendees go-to resource during and after the show (logo upgrade and advertising available).
Customer VIP Passes
A customized registration code will be provided to each exhibitor to distribute to customers offering FREE registration to The Quality Show.
Emails to Attendees Pre- or Post-Show
As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to send an email directly to event attendees that opted-in to receive third-party communications. Each exhibitor can send one email before OR after the Show.
Company Press Releases Posted to Event Website
Share your news with us! Your company press release will be posted to The Quality Show South website.
Registered Press List & On-Site Press Kits
Exhibiting companies will have access to the registered press list upon request and have the opportunity to provide press kits in The Quality Show South press office on-site.
